Our story

The experience of R&P Consulting was born in 1979, when Claudio Raimondi began his entrepreneurial activity as an administrative and tax consultancy firm, the Raimondi Studio: immediately he was directed towards consulting services to medium-large companies for the territory and administratively structured, succeeding to emerge also in strategic consulting and in the management of relationships within family businesses.

The 90s led to a first expansion with Andrea Raimondi, Claudio’s son, who joined the team, and the inauguration of the second headquarters in Modena.

At the beginning of the new millennium, the studio chooses to renew itself: thus the associated studio Raimondi & Partners is born, which also includes Massimiliano Stradi, who on the one hand continues in the wake traced by Claudio about consulting services, but also starts the activities to develop international consultancy.

In the next few years, the team has expanded further and the Raimondi & Partners studio counts more than 10 professionals as permanent collaborators.

For a decade Raimondi & Partners has been actively involved in the territorial growth and in the abroad expansion, which sees it active as well as in several European countries (with collaborations in Switzerland and Denmark), also in AsiaAmerica and North Africa.


In 2010, Raimondi & Partners expanded its offer with the introduction of organizational and managerial consultancy, as well as training.

An action of re-naming (R&P Consulting) and re-branding is also undertaken.

The path is realized in the following years with the integration in the professional study of the dynamics and the logic of a consulting company.

Finally, the current international structure of R&P Consulting takes shape, with the opening of the operating offices in MaltaSofiaHong KongAuckland and Dubai.

In 2019 the most recent challenge is launched: effectively accompanying Italian excellence in the difficult Middle Eastern market, also thanks to the partnership with the Al Maktoum Family in Dubai.

We have undertaken many changes, out of intellectual curiosity and spirit of adaptation to the new market requirements, but for us the approach to work that sees the value generated for the customer always in the first place remains unchanged.
